To celebrate the new live-action Minecraft movie, McDonalds is offering adults an opportunity to relive the joy of opening a Happy Meal by offering a collectible toy with its “Minecraft Meal”.
The limited-edition meal includes either a Big Mac, nine McNuggets, or four Veggie Dippers, as well as a side and a drink. The meal also includes one of six exclusive collectible toys, made with adults in mind.
The selection includes Birdie the Early Bird, Hamburglar, and Grimace who have been presented in Minecraft’s signature block style.

Ben Fox, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s UK and Ireland, said: “This partnership has allowed us to bring amazing collectibles, crafted for adults, to the UK for the first-time ever! We can't wait for fans to meet their favourite McDonaldsland characters in blockified form”.
That’s not all though, as Minecraft hits Happy Meals too. Each meal includes one of 12 toys featuring film characters like Evoker, Bee, and Creeper, or blocks like Grass and Stone. Alternatively, kids can choose a Minecraft Adventures book filled with fun activities instead of a toy.
The menu also sees some additions to coincide with the release of the Minecraft movie, including an Apple Cake McFlurry, and Nether Flame sauce.
Available now, a medium Minecraft Movie Meal costs around £8.19, while a Happy Meal costs around £4, as menu item prices are set by each restaurant, and vary depending on location.
“A Minecraft Movie” hits cinemas on 4th April, 2025.
